When do deliveries begin?
We normally start our CSA deliveries in mid-June. Typically the 2nd or 3rd week of June. We try to give you 7-10 days notice before we start.
What do I do if I can not pick up my share?
We give you three choices regards this situation.
- You can have someone else pick up your share and just remind them to check off under your name.
- If you let us know in advance we'll hold off on bringing your share and can double up on boxes the next week.
- Include your share in our weekly donation to the Capuchin.
Please keep in mind we do not replace boxes that are not picked up.
What do I do with my box?
The first week you come to pick up you'll take a full box. Then the following week bring back your empty box, collapsed, and then take a full box. We also like to recycle and reuse all berry containers and other plastic clam shell boxes.
Can we visit the farm?
Yes, you can. We have farm tours scheduled during the growing season. Contact us for more info.
What can I do to help?
A couple things: Support a CSA, tell others about local food systems such a CSA-tell them to look under http://www.csacenter.org to find a CSA in their area. We have enough work to take on lots of volunteer hours. If your interested in helping, learning, contact us.
